Our Gardens around the house

We use our back porch a lot in the summer. Morning coffee. Afternoon tea. This side of the house faces the north. So we get the sun late afternoon. At one time the porch was screened in. But over time the screening was missing when we moved in. Mr dh pulled off the remaining screening.Quite the view .
We have a large screened in area on our deck that is we use .  Mr dh felt that we would get more out of the large area vs the small porch. My rockery is filling in as well as the hostas. The veg garden has finally taken. Slow in starting since we have had so much rain.
My  baskets are flourishing as well as the planter box attached to the shed.  My other bed near the front is full of hostas and flox and purple cone flower.   In the front bed to the other side are flowering shrubs as well as lavender and roses. The pink clematis has not opened up yet.
The opposite side of the driveway holds lillies, evening primrose, bee balm, hydrangeas, sweet william, purple clamatis, and Rose of Sharron bush.   Some roses that I transplanted have yet to flower. Maybe next year.
My dh hung my planter on the garage  that holds pink  wave petunias. It shows off so well against the gray stone.
We added some flowers in pots to the river rock out front on our new walkway that would take full sun. Pink petunias and pink verbena.
One single pink Lupin  along with some Shasta daisy and Evening primrose in an old silver tea pot sits on my white weathered hutch.
Now to finish the other side of the front of the house. We need to roto till the garden and start fresh.
